Can I book alone or come solo?
Yes! Solo travelers are more than welcome- you are encouraged! This is your chance to meet new faces and like minded travelers and to build a network as well. You will be roomed with someone with similar qualities so you do not have to worry about the logistics of finding a roommate prior to arrival.
What is the best deal for me or my group?
The premium Villa costs less than the VIP Villa. If you are a solo traveler, you can choose the single-occupant option and start your installment plan ASAP. You may choose to share with someone you know later and you can contact support to make sure you are placed together (only if you choose the same villa type [premium or VIP]), even if the other person has paid separately.
If you are traveling in a group, the more people you can get in your Villa (max occupancy only), the less your group will pay. You can start a payment plan with your group using the instructions at the top of this webpage by choosing ‘Partial.ly.’ Your group will simply split the payments evenly and ensure it is collected together in time for each payment to be charged on the account used to book.
How far are the Premium Villas from the VIP villas?
If you you are booking through the link on this page and joining the ‘Coitraveler x Luxe’ travel group, all premium guests will be in the same villa or basically right next door to each other and the same will go for VIP guests as well.
If you choose a Premium Villa and your friends choose a VIP Villa, you will be about a 4-5 minute drive from one another, which is around a 20 minute brisk walk.
Where will I be sleeping?
Regarding sleeping conditions, it is always going to be 2 guests to a room MAX. Most of the villas have King/Queen beds so if you book a solo or single-shared room ticket, you will be sharing a bed with the same sex.
What is the sleeping arrangement for the 3+ people Villa option?
If you and your guests book a whole villa for 3-6 people, you will be placed in the 3-bed Villa you have booked with 3 King/Queen beds. This will be completely private to your group, so no strangers will be placed in that villa as well.
How do I pay with my group of 3-6 or more people for our Villa?
You may split the cost with your group of 3+ for the 3-6 people or a larger sized Villa. You and your group will have to put down 20% of the payment for your Villa and collaborate with them to ensure the payments are made monthly for the group until the time of the trip. The longer you wait, the higher your down payment will be to accommodate for the ‘time till trip’ of monthly payments left.
How far is the airport to the Villas?
From the main Bali airport to the Villas, the drive is approximately 50 minutes depending on traffic.
How do I get from the airport to the Villa?
If you want, ‘Luxe Week‘ Hosts can also arrange airport pickups for you at an additional cost of $25 (send them an inquiry). Another option is to contact the travel agent for this trip to help you plan your transportation and itinerary outside of the group plans. You can also google Bali airport transportation and book one prior to arrival – within your budget. Taking the taxis at any international airport may be risky, so be sure to research beforehand.
Is the Coitraveler group the only group there?
No we are not. There are other travel groups utilizing the rest of the Villas nearby, all hosted by the Luxe Week. You will get a chance to meet new people of different backgrounds coming from all over the world and it will be a once in a life time opportunity to be surrounded by a group of like minded travelers.
The Coitraveler group will be part of a private WhatsApp group closer to the trip date, where we will have our own mini itinerary and plans outside of the main group so do not fret – you will not be alone.
